ATTENTION all VENDORS – this is NON-Swap meet vending.
Vendors will be in the same location but….Swap meet will be in a different location for 2016. NO T-SHIRT VENDORS!!!!!!
There are no vendor sites with power!
There are 2 possible payment options, one is cash payment on event day….and the other is merchandise trade for your space (preferred the MDA gives all of this away to the racers)
Ladies Vending Option #1 8×10 women’s clothing, purses, magazines, etc….Donation for Pinup contest of $100 value required.
Vendor Option #1) 15x15 Cash payment – $300 for the weekend. Fri, Sat, Sun OR product donation valued at $300
Vendor Option #2) 15x40 Cash payment – $400 for the weekend. Fri, Sat, Sun OR product donation valued at $400
Vendor Option #3) larger than 15×40 (specify need) $500 for the weekend, Fr, Sa, Su, OR product donation valued at $500
Any product donation/payment will need to be received by June 15th at the latest. AND the items sent must be pre- approved by an MDA rep. REMEMBER these items represent your business, and they are GIVEN away to racers throughout the weekend, great advertising and a tax write off for your business!! We do not accept junk, if the giveaway is not something we can proudly giveaway, you will be charged the full price of the vending space for the weekend!
Send your info…along with pics of the items you wish to donate…..once approved mail them out, sooner the better. TO: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to pay, (not preferred, you may pay at the track on event day). But, still required to register so we can save a space for you.
